Our wide range of available products can be ordered over the phone, or via our website online. All orders must be submitted in writing and emailed to us at email@example.com. Verbal orders will not be processed until written confirmation in the form of a Purchase Order, submitted form, or signed quote is received by New World Case, Inc.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Repeat customers may be set up terms of payment. Your account will be billed upon order or at the time of shipment.

- CLICK “Add to Cart”. Choose “View Cart” to review your selections. This will bring you to a page where you will enter in your zip code & shipping method. After viewing your shopping cart, you can choose to “Continue Shopping” or Check Out Now”.
- To Check Out, click “Check Out Now” and choose whether your order will be delivered to Massachusetts or not. Orders shipped to Massachusetts will be assessed the mandatory 6.26% sales tax within state. To continue, click “Order By Credit Card Online”. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information, e-mail address, and shipping & billing addresses. You will receive confirmation by e-mail that your order was submitted correctly, along with a confirmation number to be used should you need to contact us about your purchase. REMEMBER: Nothing is final until you submit your order.
If shipping is not included in the cost of a product, you can choose to have New World Case, Inc. ship your order on our account and charge your account, or to use your own shipping account. We generally ship out via UPS Ground Delivery unless otherwise requested. We also offer expedited shipping services for Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day required deliveries. Please note that shipping costs are estimated, whether calculated in person or on-line, and are subject to change due to current daily rates and fluctuating fuel costs and surcharges.
International orders, large quantity orders, or overweight shipments may require freight service for shipment. New World Case, Inc. will quote the shipping charges to you and work to get you the best rates available. You can also arrange this for yourself with a preferred shipper. As of January 2019 UPS has updated overweight fees to apply to packages over 130 lineal inches
All of our products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects only. Please call us at (888) 883-0107 to discuss the warranty for your specific case. New World Case, Inc. may require that you send a digital photo of the defect as proof that the product is not acceptable. We send over drawings for approval for custom made cases before we start. We DO NOT Warranty your items or equipment that is shipped in any case/s made by New World case, Inc. How cases are handled during shipment and transit, or how they are actually shipped, is not the responsibility of New World Case, Inc. We do not guarantee any particular case design or suitability for any product in any case we make. We have no way of knowing or testing what stresses can be sustained on equipment which is manufactured by others, owned by others, and transported by others.
If you receive a Case that is either faulty or damaged, damage must be noted with the driver at time of delivery. New World Case, Inc is not responsible for damages sustained during transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect orders prior to acceptance from the delivery driver or company.
Please call our main office immediately and we will either arrange to replace or repair the Case. You must call us within 24 Hours from delivery of a case/s.
Custom made cases Made in the USA are constructed from the finest materials. We guarantee that every Custom Case will be free of defects in construction, workmanship, and materials for one full year. We will replace or repair, as appropriate, any case found to be defective during this period of time. We are unable to honor any other warranty, obligation, or liability. By purchasing from New World Case, Inc you agree to the above statements.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you need to return or exchange an item, you must call the main office at (888) 883-0107 to get an authorization number for your return. The item may be shipped back to a warehouse or offsite facility so be sure to inquire about the address and how to ship it back to us.
A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for all non-defective items. Items must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging. Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited to your account for returned items. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. We do not accept returns after 21 days of purchase unless approved by management.
If you are making an exchange, please understand that new shipping charges will be added to the new product. You are also still responsible for the original shipping charges from the first purchase.
Many of the products we offer are customized to your specifications. All items that are custom made will be signed off on by the customer prior to manufacturing via e-proof or faxed drawings with specifications on size, color, etc. This sign off is your authorization for us to proceed in the manufacturing of your product.
Custom made cases and displays, or printed graphics are non-returnable.
Zarges cases: There are no returns on all Zarges Cases.
Sometimes products get damaged or break during normal shipping & usage. We will be happy to work with you to repair any damaged items that we sell. Please call the main office at (888) 883-0107 to arrange how to get your damaged product fixed. We may require a digital photo of damages to determine the exact damage and the best way to fix it.
Some repairs may be covered under that specific product’s warrantee, and some can be done by sending the appropriate repair parts to you so you can make the repair on site. If the sustained damage cannot be fixed easily, we can arrange to have your product sent in to manufacturing to be fixed. Please call the office to attain an RA# before shipping any damaged product to us. The main address may not be the correct address to ship to. Costs on all repair parts and labor will be discussed prior to having you send the product in. Shipping in to production and back will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damages that have been sustained during shipping must be taken up with that carrier. We can quote the cost to repair the case to you so you may submit a claim with your shipper.
