The Pelican 9440 Remote Area Lighting System (RALS) is a compact, portable LED lighting unit designed for quick-deploy illumination in confined spaces, roadside work, emergency response, and utility maintenance. Unlike larger dual-mast systems (9460/9470), the 9440 is a single-mast, lightweight, shoulder-carried RALS built for fast setup and mobility.

The 9440 is maintenance free, using super tough LED lamp modules and NiMH batteries for up to 6 hours of continuous light.
